Collect mail to your own mail server, allowing in-house backup and local virus scanning of all mail (including outgoing mail). Includes Webmail both locally and/or remotely.
File Server:
Keep all of your company files on a single server, allowing backup and virus scanning.
VPN connection:
Allow remote users access to your company file server over a secure connection, just as if they were directly connected to your local network.
Database:
Customised databases built for your business, accessed and updated by your Web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer/Firefox).
Backup:
Local and remote backup of your server, including all mail and files. Quickly restore files you didn't mean to delete.

All of our solutions are based on Linux and Open Source software. This means that the software you use is free, and you only pay for our setup and support charges.

With Open Source software, as it's free, you won't have to pay out exorbitant upgrade fees.

Real-Time Backup

Servers are configured with RAID-1 mirroring for minimal downtime: if the hard disk on your server dies you can immediately reboot into the secondary disk which is an exact replica.

Remote Backup

Secure dataOvernight backups over a secure connection can transfer all changes made on your server during the day to a replica server at a remote location of your choice.

Disaster Recovery

If a disaster occurs you can immediately replace the main server without having to rebuild it and restore from backup data.
